ราคาในรายละเอียดเป็นราคาเริ่มต้น หากตัวละครและพื้นหลังมีรายละเอียดสูง ราคาอาจบวกเพิ่มจากราคาภายในตาราง โดยต้องพิจารณาจากบรีฟและ Reference (ตัวอย่างรายละเอียดเสื้อผ้าตัวละครที่ต้องบวกราคาเพิ่ม เช่น เสื้อผ้าตัวละคร Genshin Impact เสื้อผ้าที่มีลูกไม้จำนวนมากที่ไม่สามารถใช้บรัชหรือแพทเทิร์นสำเร็จรูปได้ ห้องที่เป็นศิลปะ Baroque ฉากที่มีสิ่งของจำนวนมาก เป็นต้น)

ราคาเชิงพาณิชย์ จะบวกเพิ่ม 2 เท่า ของราคาสรุป

งาน NSFW 18+ บวกราคาเพิ่ม 1.5 เท่า ของราคาสรุป

ในการจ้างคอมมิชชั่น ผู้ว่าจ้างต้องจ่ายเงินมัดจำ 25-50% ของราคาเต็มก่อนเริ่มงาน และเมื่อเริ่มงานแล้ว หากผู้ว่าจ้างต้องการยกเลิก จะไม่มีการคืนเงินมัดจำใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น

จองคิวหลังส่งบรีฟและโอนเงินมัดจำเท่านั้น ผู้วาดจะไม่ลงคิวและเริ่มงานหากลูกค้ายังไม่โอนเงินมัดจำ

เมื่อลูกค้าคอนเฟิร์มกับชิ้นงาน สามารถโอนเงิน 50% หรือจำนวนเงินที่เหลือเพื่อรับไฟล์งานภายใน 1 อาทิตย์

สามารถโอนผ่านช่องทาง ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ และ ธนาคารทหารไทย

ไม่รับงานเร่งในทุกกรณี

1 คิวรับสูงสุดไม่เกิน 2 ชิ้นงาน

ในแต่ละขั้นตอนที่อัพเดทผลงานและรับฟีดแบคแนะนำให้ลูกค้ารบรวมฟีดแบคจุดที่ต้องการให้แก้ไขมาให้มากที่สุดในรอบเดียว เพื่อให้การทำงานเป็นไปด้วยความรวดเร็วทั้งกับผู้วาดและลูกค้า

หากในการอัพเดทงานครั้งสุดท้ายแล้วผู้ว่าจ้างต้องการแก้ไขมากกว่า 20% ของงาน (เปลี่ยนรูปร่าง รูปทรงตัวละคร/โละแก้บางส่วนของภาพใหม่ทั้งหมด) จะขอคิดค่าแก้ไขเพิ่ม จุดละ 150 บาท

หลังจากส่งไฟล์งานแล้ว ผู้วาดจะไม่รับแก้ไขผลงานเพิ่มเติม

ผู้ว่าจ้างไม่สามารถนำผลงานไปลงขายเป็นงาน NFT

ผู้ว่าจ้างไม่สามารถแอบอ้างเป็นผู้สร้างสรรค์ผลงานเองได้

หลังจากเสร็จงานแล้วผู้วาดจะนำภาพที่ได้รับการว่าจ้างใส่ใน Portfolio และ/หรือโพสลงโซเชียลมีเดียของผู้วาด พร้อมระบุเครดิตผู้ว่าจ้างเพื่อเป็นตัวอย่างคอมมิชชั่นในครั้งถัดไป หากผู้ว่าจ้างไม่สะดวกใจ สามารถแจ้งได้

การโพสต์ผลงานลงในโซเชียลของผู้วาดจะโพสต์ภายใน 5 วันหลังจากที่ส่งไฟล์งานสำเร็จให้ผู้ว่าจ้าง หากผู้ว่าจ้างต้องการให้โพสต์หลังจากนั้นสามารถแจ้งได้

ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถขายภาพที่ได้ทำการคอมมิชชั่นต่อให้แก่ผู้อื่นได้ โดยมีข้อแม้คือต้องส่งต่อด้วยราคาที่เท่ากับหรือน้อยกว่าราคาคอมมิชชั่น ห้ามไม่ให้ทำการบวกราคาเพิ่ม

The price is the starting price. If the characters and backgrounds are highly detailed The price may be added and considered from the brief.

Partial payment. The client must pay a deposit of 25-50% of the total price before starting work.

Reserve the queue after sending the brief and after paying the deposit only. I'm not going to start the work if you didn't pay the deposit.

When the client confirms the work, pay 50% or the remaining amount to receive the work file within 1 week.

When the work begins If the client wants to cancel. The deposit will not be refunded

Except I'm the one who cancels the work, there's full deposit refund.

I reserve the right to refuse the offer if I'm uncomfortable with the brief or for the other reason.

I don't accept urgent work

Sometimes I respond late because of the different time zone.

1 queue is limited to no more than 2 pieces of work.

I advise the client to gather feedback (what do you want to edit) as much as you can while I send updates in each step. To make the work faster and come out satisfy yourself.

If in the last update of the work the employer wants to modify more than 20% of the work. I need to charge an additional fee of 10$ per point.

After submitting the work file. I will not accept additional edits to the work.

The submission of work files will be mainly via E-mail and will send .PSD files (combined layers and separate only characters and backgrounds only)/.PNG/.JPG

The client can request to submit files via other channels.

when the file has been sent The artist will only keep the files for 1 year and then permanently delete the files from the drive and computer. Please download the file within 1 year.

The client cannot bring the work to sell as NFT art.

The client cannot pretend to be the creator of the work.

After the work is done, I will put the work in the portfolio and/or post it on my social media with credit to the client. and use the work as a sample of commission. If the client is not comfortable, you can inform me.

Posting of the work on my social media will be posted within 5 days after the successful submission of the work file to the client. If the client wants me to post after that, you can inform me.

ผู้ว่าจ้างยินยอมให้ผู้วาดนำภาพที่เสร็จสิ้นแล้วโพสลงโซเชียลมีเดีย Portfolio และโปรโมทคอมมิชชั่นพร้อมระบุเครดิตผู้ว่าจ้างหรือไม่ (ยินยอม/ไม่ยินยอม)

ผู้ว่าจ้างยินยอมให้เปิดเผยชื่อผู้ว่าจ้างในตอนที่เผยแพร่ลงโซเชียลมีเดียผู้วาดหรือไม่ (ยินยอม/ระบุเป็น 'ผู้ไม่ประสงค์ออกนาม')
